Who You’ll Be Talking To
My name is Blake Baird, I am a school principal with more than 20 years of experience in education, including extensive work in special education, behavior, trauma-responsive practices, systems development, and complex family–school communication. I’m also an AuDHD adult, so I understand overwhelm, masking, and the invisible labor that families and neurodivergent professionals often carry. My goal is simple: to give you clarity, confidence, and a plan you can actually use.
